One of the greatest gifts we can give our children is to teach them how to keep their bodies healthy with proper nutrition and movement. Being a mother of two young boys, I know the importance of giving kiddos lots of opportunity to MOVE! These camps teach agility, balance, coordination, strength training and cardiovascular movement, all disguised as fun games! The kids get a great workout without even realizing they are exercising. We run, jump, crawl, play tag and other unique fitness games.
My goal is to inspire these young people to develop a passion for fitness in a non-competitive, inclusive environment. The children will learn about exercise and nutrition, but will also learn about being good sports and team players. I will teach them to support and encourage one another, while taking pride in doing their very best.

My next sessions will take place in the summer of 2019. The July session will run from the 8th - the 11th from 10am - 12 noon at Sehmel Park in Gig Harbor, WA. The next session will be August 12  - August 15, the same time and location. Registration is now open and can be completed by visiting the website for PenMet Parks:
