You know that feeling, right? It's the post Christmas bloat. It's the too much booze, sugar and excess that comes along with a very, very Merry Christmas.
My mom used to have an expression that she would use when she wanted us to get stuff done. "It's time to swing into action, kids!" We would get so annoyed when she said it. My brother, sister and I would roll our eyes and sigh heavily. To this day we still joke around about it. The funny thing is, when I woke up this morning feeling gross from a lack of exercise and an abundance of indulgence, that is exactly what I wanted to say!
Hey guys, it's time to swing into action!
Time to get back on track and make some great progress towards a very healthy 2015. Of course, we have another holdiay looming ahead of us in a week. That's ok. I want to encourage you to do what you can between now and New Year's Eve/Day. Make some time to get a few workouts in. I promise you will feel better because of it!
Click Here for a video of a workout that you can do anywhere, anytime. It is a bodyweight only workout. You decide how much time you have, and you will do these exercises in rotation for that duration of time. Watch the video, it will make more sense.
