30-Day Shape Up!

Why should you sign up for the 30-Day Shape Up Challenge? Because it is time. It is time to take care of YOU for a change! It is time to finally figure out how to live a healthy lifestyle. I am not going to promise that you will "Lose 30 lbs in 30 days!" In fact, you may only lose a few pounds. However, what you will GAIN is an understanding of how to eat right and how to exercise smart. You will lose body fat. You will lose inches. You will learn how to have fun while you exercise and you will be surrounded by people who are doing the same!

My boot camp sessions have a reputation of getting people RESULTS! My clients love the feeling they get from the workouts. Guess what? There are no shortcuts. There are no magic pills or potions. We eat real, whole food and we exercise. What a concept, right? We do it the right way. Which is to say, we eat and workout in such a way that the weight that does come off stays off.

Holy Cow!! Great results, right? I know. He was committed. He trusted me when after the first few weeks I told him to INCREASE his calories. That's right. I said INCREASE. See, I don't believe in starvation. I don't believe in cutting out entire food groups. I believe in doing this the right way.
