We are coming down to the final few days before we launch Fischer Fitness U! Our first class will be starting May 9th at 5:30pm. I'm so excited about this project. I'm in the process of finalizing the syllabus and all the homework assignments. I hope everyone who is registered is ready to take this seriously! ;)
Every class will have a new topic that will be discussed at the end of the workout and everyone will get a new recipe and a homework assignment (at-home workout). I really want all of my "students" to feel like they are learning new things about fitness and nutrition. This is not just a class to show up to, workout, then leave and forget about it until the next class. Each person should be dedicated to making themselves just a little bit better, a little bit healthier.
Do you need some accountability? Do you need some motivation? The current 4-week session (May) is full, but I will be taking registrations for the June session (starting June 6). Also, if you have a group of people (4 or more) interested in participating in FFU but the times don't work (5:30pm on Wednesdays and 9am on Saturdays), let me know. I have a couple of other times during the week that we could explore and we may be able to coordinate a class for you and your friends.
